When I Come Home Premier
The movie, WHEN I COME HOME, premiers at Moriah Central School, Thursday, February 21, at 6:30!
US Marine PFC Marcus W. Stoddard--MCS Class of '67--left for the Vietnam war 50 years ago this month. When I Come Home is a 60-minute movie about "Marc's" short happy life in Moriah, his experiences in Vietnam told in his own words, the aftermath of his death, and the surprising quest in 2016 to discover if the beer he placed in the rafters of his workplace to drink when he came home is still in place. Please come on February 21st at 6:30 as the Stoddard family and area residents come together to answer the "calling card" Marc left for us in the rafters half a century ago. Free admission.
