The Westport Library will host a six-week gentle yoga series.
The series will be held every Tuesday through February 7th. It will also feature candle-lit classes to help you unwind your mind, body, and soul.
So, after a brief warm-up, the class will ease into vinyasa flow followed by extended restorative poses.
The class will continue at a slow pace so that attendees can dive deeply into poses and help release tension.
Drop-ins are also welcome but space is limited so do arrive early. Also, bring a mat or blanket and socks.
Additionally, the class is donation based, and 50% of all proceeds go towards supporting the Westport Library.
