Penfield Homestead Museum's Heritage Day

Penfield Homestead Museum will host their Heritage Day and Annual Chicken Barbecue on Sunday, August 21st from 10:00 am until 3:00 pm. 

Ecumenical Services at the Penfield Church begin at 9:30 am.

Plan on a Craft Fair including local authors and their books, a Snack Shack for beverages and desserts, a Civil War Morgan Horse- Oak with LTC Chris Heidorf  of Dead Creek Ranch. The 77th NY Regimental Balladeers will perform a concert at 1:00 pm in the Penfield Church saluting Ulysses S. Grant's 200th Birthday. Of course, the Famous Chicken Barbecue begins serving at 1:00 pm and will continue until 2:30 pm which includes 1/2 chicken, corn, baked potato and roll and butter.  Servings are $15 per plate and only 300 barbecue tickets are available.  To purchase tickets, or for information on crafter space, contact 518.597.3804.
