Join The Bookstore Plus for an exciting book event! R. George Clark, (Bob), will be at The Bookstore Plus to autograph copies of his third book in his Marc LaRose Mystery Series, titled, Placid Terror. The first two books in his book series are, Borderline Terror and Southbound Terror. He will be in the store to discuss and personalize the book.
About Placid Terror:
Marc LaRose is a Private Investigator in the Adirondack region of upstate New York. In ‘Placid Terror’, Marc receives a call from a mother living in Saranac Lake regarding the disappearance of her daughter. The search for the missing girl takes Marc to the darker side of the Adirondacks as he turns up an opioid ring, human slavery and terrorists bent on taking the village out of the running to host the 2030 Winter Olympics.
About The Author:
R. George (Bob) Clark has spent over 35 years in law enforcement, retiring from the New York State Police working in the Ray Brook station as well as Plattsburgh, (where he received a presidential commendation for bravery), The U.S. Immigration and Customs, as well as operating his own Private Detective business in upstate New York. Bob presently resides in Aiken, South Carolina, but still takes time to travel to the North Country every summer.
