• Dec, 2013:  Issued 2 permits and 1 Certificate of Occupancy.  For the year, there were 45 permits (8 new homes, 10 septic systems, 8 garage/storage buildings, 2 additions, 5 decks, 7 alterations, 1 pool, 3 wood stoves, and 1 commercial building).  Additionaly, 15 fire / safety inspections were completed.
• Nov., 2013:  Issued 2 building permits and 2 notices of complaint.
• Oct, 2013:  Issued 4 permits, and served 4 violation notices and 1 stop-work order.
• Sept, 2013; Issued 9 permits, and performed regular inspections.
• August, 2013: Issued six permits and did two fire and safety property maintenance inspections.  There was one complaint.
• July, 2013: Issued two building permits, did one inspection for occupancy certificate, and did four fire and safety property maintenance inspections.  There were two complaints and served one violation notice.
• June, 2013: Issued 7 permits for June, did 1 inspection for an occupancy certificate, and did 4 fire safety and property maintenance inspections.
• May, 2013: Issued 4 building permits, did 1 inspection for an occupancy certificate, and did 5 fire safety and property maintenance inspections.
• April, 2013: Issued three building permits; did three fire/safety inspections along with regular building inspections. Viewed a two-lot subdivision from Larry Putnam that is not under APA jurisdiction and there are no wetlands on the property. Approval was recommended.  (See May Board minutes for the approval).
  
• March, 2013:  Issued 3 building permits, completed 24 hours of Codes Training, inspected 1 home for an occupancy permit, and started scheduling fire and safety property mainenance inspections.
• January, 2013: Issued 3 building permits.  Received an application for sub-division from Allison Snyder.  It is non-jurisdictional with the APA.  It is a 35 acre lot and approval is recommended. (See aslo Board Minutes for approval). 
• Dec., 2012:  Issued two building permits in December and received one complaint.   For the year, issued 58 permits:  three new homes, three garages, four septic systems, six decks and the remainder were alterations, additions, pools and storage sheds. 
• Nov., 2012: Issued two building permits, along with regular building inspections.  There were 2 complaints received for property maintenance code violations.  Inspected 7 apartments for occupancy certificates.
• Oct., 2012: Issued 5 building permits, along with regular building inspections.  There were no complaints received or violation notices given.
• Sept, 2012: Building Codes issued 6 building permits, along with regular building inspections.
